Why do i write?

I know what it's like to feel like you need a change.

That’s why I started this blog. I’ve suffered from depression, PTSD, and borderline personality disorder for years. I dug myself into serious debt, developed a nicotine addiction, isolated myself from anyone who could possibly care about me, and landed myself in the psych hospital multiple times. But I also got myself better. Through a slow and painful process, I recovered. Started taking medication, learned how to cultivate internal happiness, and stabilized my relationships with the people around me.


At some point, I realized that I had spent so much of my life working on getting myself better that the one thing I knew how to do best was recover––and I wanted to share that knowledge. So I made this blog. I made it anonymous so I could feel free to discuss my worst moments and the biggest lessons I learned in life. All I hope is that maybe someone will read it one day and develop the skills they need to improve their life as well.
